  • The consultant acts as the project manager for the building's ground heat project.
  •  In the project the offer request documentation needed for a ground heat project is generated.

  • The ground heat project consultant is responsible for the following matters in the project:
  •  General project management
  •  Produces material needed for contract tenders
  •  Handles the bidding process for equipment suppliers and comparison of bids (optional)
  •  Prepares ARA grant calculations and the application (optional)
  •  Supervisor of the implementation phase (optional)
  •  Makes the preliminary ground heat field design (optional)
  •  Responsibility for the ground heat permit process (optional)
  •  Informs the building neighbours about the project (optional)
  • Provider agrees to update the property owner regularly on the project development.
  • Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
  •  Previous experience in managing ground heat projects (reference list attached to offer)
  •  Experience in the permit process of a ground heat project
  •  Will come to present project final results as agreed with customer
  •  The project planning consultant is impartial vis-à-vis the suppliers.
  •  Optional additional special requirements (selected by the Buyer in Offer request creation):
  •  Will assist the Buyer in ARA grant calculation and application process if needed
  •  Is in charge of the bidding process and assists the Buyer in comparing the offers received
  •  Ground heat project preliminary design work (final design work will be done by the ground heat implementation companies)
  •  Responsible for the permit process on behalf of the client
  •  Takes care of informing the property's neighbours in the various phases of the ground heat project
  •  Project Management and supervision throughout the project when the implementation phase starts.
  •  In addition to the requirements above, the Buyer can include self-defined special requirements to the offer request.
