- The specifications of the invitation to tender shall be determined using the invitation to tender form.
- Please attach a more detailed document made by the project consultant and/or ground heat pre-study to the offer request.
- Ground heat systems are practically only installed in buildings that already have a water circulation heating system, i.e. radiators or underfloor heating. The ground heat system must be dimensioned exactly to suit your building needs.
- The old radiator network sometimes has to be modified and the size of the main fuse increased. For example, the radiators may need to be changed. This problem does not exist with floor heating, because floor heating systems operate at lower temperature levels and their surface area is larger.
- If in addition exhaust air heat recovery (EAHR) is implemented together with a ground heat solution, the investment may become even more reasonable, because when heat is recovered from the exhaust air, less ground heat is needed.
- In the offer request you can add an option to include the implementation of the EAHR system together with a ground heat project.
- Provider agrees to update the property owner regularly on the project development.
- Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
- Previous experience in ground heat implementations (reference list attached to offer).
- Optional additional special requirements (selected by the Buyer in Offer request creation):
- Will assist the Buyer in ARA grant calculation and application project if needed
- The Provider undertakes to regularly update the client's representative on the progress of the project and possible schedules affecting people using the property.
- The Provider has the ability to offer an operation and maintenance service for the solution delivered
- Remote monitoring solution is required for the solution delivered
- Buyer wants the offer to include an option on EAHR implementation simultaneously with the ground heat project
- The Pump type used includes remote control interface
- In addition to the requirements above, the Buyer can include self-defined special requirements to the offer request.
