Lighting
- The project consultant is responsible for the following matters in the project:
- Makes the outdoor lighting design and makes sure the material is in a format it can directly be used to receive tenders for implementation offers
- Analyzes the impact of the building's other possible renovation needs on the scheduling of the lighting renovation, such as the painting of the stairwell and possible construction work in the yard.
- Consultant produces the outdoor lighting design plan and makes sure this material is in a format that can be used for contract tenders bidding for equipment suppliers.
- Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
- Previous experience in large property outdoor lighting planning (reference list attached to offer).
- Will come to present project final results as agreed with customer
- Optional additional special requirements (selected by the Buyer in Offer request creation):
- Is in charge of the bidding process and assists the Buyer in comparing the offers received
- Project management and supervision throughout the project when the implementation phase starts.
- In addition to the requirements above, the Buyer can include self-defined special requirements to the offer request.
