- In the project EV charging station is delivered and installed according to the offer request of the customer. The offer request template will guide you in creating the EV charging station offer request. You will find the necessary information either in the EV pre-study document. It is possible to attach the pre-study document to the offer request.
- The charging system is a long-term investment that must serve reliably as a daily energy source for electric cars. The system must meet the immediate charging needs of EV drivers, but at the same time offer room for expansion for the needs of future EV drivers.
- The charging system is designed and dimensioned with a long service life in mind and in preparation for the increase in the number of cars.

- Provider agrees to update the property owner regularly on the project development.
- Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
- Previous experience in EV charging implementations (reference list attached to offer).
- Optional additional special requirements (selected by the Buyer in Offer request creation):
- Will assist the Buyer in ARA grant calculation and application if needed
- The Provider undertakes to regularly update the client's representative on the progress of the project and possible schedules affecting the property users.
- The Provider is able to offer a operation and maintenance service
- The EV Charging solution includes an external Billing service
- In addition to the requirements above, the Buyer can include self-defined special requirements to the offer request.
