  •   The work also includes proposing mitigation actions for example by additions and clarifications to the original agreement.
  •   The work can also involve assisting the customer in a legal agreement dispute.
  • Written report that lists the risks and potential liabilities and proposed mitigative changes.
  • Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
  •  Experience of similar legal cases in the property space.
