EAHR -system pre-study

Heating - Exhaust Air Heat Recovery (EAHR)
  • Report that states the feasibility of exhaust air heat recovery (EAHR) system in the buyer’s building.
  •   Report includes the preliminary estimate of investment costs and potential for saving on heating costs.

Video from Tom Allen Senera YouTube -channel.

  • Heat recovery from exhaust air significantly reduces the heating costs of large properties, such as apartment or office buildings.
  •  When mechanical ventilation is in use, the building's heating energy is expelled with the exhaust air. Thanks to heat recovery, the air leaves the building at about 2 degrees, and heating energy consumption drops by 30–40%.
  •  The result of the exhaust air heat recovery (EAHR) needs assessment is an expert assessment consisting of the following parts:
  •  Whether the ventilation system and heating network are suitable for the EAHR system
  •  Whether the building is large enough for a EAHR project to be sensible
  •  Should the EAHR system be included in the project planning phase of a future repair project or be implemented separately
  •  Preliminary estimate of investment costs and potential for saving on heating costs.
  • Written report that includes items listed in project description.
  • Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
  •  Previous experience in housing company exhaust air heat recovery (EAHR) pre-studies (reference list attached to offer).
  •  Will come to present project final results in housing company event in person as agreed with customer
